1. Non-Commercial Community Platform
Poké-Champions Meta is a free, non-commercial analytical toolkit and wiki created by fans for the competitive Pokémon video game community (VGC). All competitive databases, damage calculators, team planners, speed tier matrices, and mystery gift trackers provided on this website are accessible free of charge without paywalls, subscriptions, or monetary gates.
By accessing or utilizing our tools, APIs, and datasets, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms and our non-commercial mission.
2. Open Data License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0)
All original dataset compilations, damage calculation algorithms, speed tier benchmarks, tier list rankings, and analytical metadata authored by Poké-Champions Meta are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0).
- Share & Adapt: You are free to copy, redistribute, remix, and build upon our datasets in any medium or format.

Poké-Champions Meta is an unofficial, independent fan resource and is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or specifically approved by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, or Game Freak Inc. All game mechanics, sprite assets, and terminology are used strictly under fair use principles for non-profit educational, informational, and competitive analytical purposes.
4. User-Submitted Teams & Public Content
Rental team codes, Showdown text imports, battle strategies, and team ratings submitted by registered users are published publicly to foster competitive VGC innovation. By submitting a team, you grant Poké-Champions Meta a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, format, and share your composition within our directory.
Users must not submit abusive, defamatory, or fraudulent content. Poké-Champions Meta reserves the right to remove any team composition or comment that violates community integrity.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The platform, calculation engines, and datasets are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive for 100% computational accuracy with official Pokémon Champions battle mechanics and tournament regulations, we make no guarantees against occasional discrepancies or server downtime.
Under no circumstances shall Poké-Champions Meta or its maintainers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this platform.
